Login and Account Information

New Homeowners – Not Registered

If you are a new Bear Harbor homeowner and have not registered, you may do so by clicking the Register link above. Once your registration is verified and approved, you will receive a notification including a temporary password you can use to login.

Homeowners – Received Email Invitation To Register

If you are a Bear Harbor homeowner and you received an email invitation to register and have not completed your registration, click log in above and be prepared to enter the temporary password provided in your email invitation. Since temporary passwords tend to be long and cryptic, you can simply copy it from the email and paste it into the password box.

First Login – Change Your Password

Once logged in, if you do not see an option to change your password, click on your name near the top, select Account Settings, and under the Login Info tab you'll see the option to change your password. This is highly recommended.

What if I didn't receive an email invitation?

We created accounts using email addresses on file in our latest resident list. If you are on the list and your e-address is correct, check your junk mail folder. If you find it there, be sure to change your settings allowing the domain name bearharbor.com through your filter. If you do not find one, perhaps the email used was incorrect. Requesting an account is easy. Click the Request Login link in the upper right corner and fill in all required items. If after submitting the form you receive a message indicating an account already exists with that email address, please notify support with details ([email protected]).

Problems Registering

If after submitting the registration form you receive a message indicating an account already exists with that email address or you have any other problem, please notify support with details ([email protected]).

What if I don't have an email address?

You must have an email account to be registered with Bearharbor.com. Therefore, we encourage you to get an email account. There are several free options available, GMail, MSN, and Hotmail to name a few. If you're not interested in getting an email account, please notify your building representative.
